Consistency and Networking — these are my key words for 2022.

I am going to take you on a journey of my 2022 goal setting.
Before I start, I want you to think about your goals and resolutions for 2022. Do you notice any common pattern with the goals you might have set in previous years? What worked and didn’t work for you in previous years?
Recently, I was reading social media posts and articles from several well-known personalities whom I follow on Twitter and LinkedIn. These people are successful in what they do, they still want to achieve something new every year. They post their new year goals on their social media feed for everyone to read and comment. Looking at those posts and understanding their reasoning behind those goals, one common thread that stands out is Consistency. All these people post about being consistent in what they do to achieve their goals.
Personally, I have realized that over the years, I have not been consistent in completing the tasks needed to achieve the goals that I set out every new year.
That’s where I want to make a difference this year — keeping it simple, but keeping it consistent.
